“We have at Microworld tried a myriad of solutions for permission email-marketing and have been disappointed each time - until we by chance ran into Core Relations and ExactTarget.
We have probably tried all the other major email services providers on the danish market. Not a single one of them could give us what we demanded and what we almost took for granted - namely that the solution:
- be easy to handle, despite our hairy technical demands to incorporate our own tracking system..
- allows us to easily design and create our own emails..
- works in real-time. Meaning that when we press the "send email" function - it actually sends our email. We should not have to wait up to several hours, in a long queue, until it is our turn to have our emails sent (as is the case with several of the competing solutions).
Furthermore, we have integrated ExactTarget, fairly painlessly, with our Microsoft CRM system, which is a great benefit to our account managers. Now they can see the newsletters and email campaigns a given customer receives, follow when the customer opens and what the customer clicks. The possibilities that lie in the CRM integration is in my opinion almost endless. We are constantly eyeing new ways to use ExactTarget.
Core Relations has been very helpful throughout the process. Both when we first purchased the basic product, and also when the CRM integration was implemented. At start we had our doubts whether a small company like Core Relations, with the level of support we needed, could manage the task. However, it has been proven to our advantage that Core Relations is not larger. The phone is ALWAYS answered and any questions and problems are handled promptly and professionally”.

Mulighederne der ligger begravet i en integration mod CRM systemet er i mine øjne nærmest uendelige og vi finder hele tiden på nye måder at bruge ExactTarget på.
Core Relations har været til stor hjælp under hele processen. Både da vi først skulle købe grund-produktet, men også da CRM skulle integreres. Vi havde til at starte med dog vores tvivl om hvorvidt et så lille firma som Core Relations kunne løfte opgaven med det niveau af support vi havde brug for. Det har dog vist sig at fungere til vores fordel at Core Relations ikke er større. Telefonen bliver ALTID svaret og eventuelle spørgsmål og problemer bliver håndteret prompte og professionelt".
